It is a very easy recipe for beef preparation. This I prepare when I feel too lazy and I don't want to cut all the veggies so I go for this. It is very tasty beef gravy can have with rice, puttu, chapathi anything you prefer.
Ingredients
Beef : 500g
Onion : 2
Tomato : 1
Green chilli : 4
Ginger : small piece
Garlic : 4 cloves
Chilli powder : 1 ½ tsp
Coriander powder : 2 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
Garam masala : 1 tsp
Cumin seed : ½ tsp
Clove : 2
Oil : 1 ½ tbsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Preparation

Blend onion, tomato, ginger and garlic together to make paste.

In cooking pot heat oil then add cumin seed and clove.

Once fried smell comes add onion mixture into it and saute well then add chopped green chilli and saute for few more minute

Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder ,garam masala and salt saute well

Fry till oil separates then add beef and add little water to avoid burning. cook for 20-30 minute

Finally add curry leaves to it and serve hot
