Chocolate steam cake

Ingredients

Egg                                                                                : 2

Self rising flour and coco powder                               : ½ cup    (3:1 proportion)(sieve at least 2 time)

(Instead of self rising you can use all purpose flour, pinch of salt and ½ tsp of baking powder)

Butter                                                                           : 2 tbsp

Condensed milk                                                             : 1 tbsp

Brown sugar                                                                  : 1 ½ tbsp

For chocolate syrup

Small dark chocolate bar                                             : 1

Butter                                                                           : 1tsp

Milk                                                                               : 1 tbsp

 

 

Preparation

Pre set up 

1.  Heat steamer at low temperature

 Cake making

2.  In a pan heat sugar, condensed milk and butter. Stir till sugar melt completely

3.  Beat egg well to become 3 fold and add melted sugar mixture into it. Mix well and beat for few more minute            (you can separate egg yolk and white then beat egg yolk nicely to become 3 fold. Add melted sugar into it. Whisk             egg white separately to get creamy white peak then mix with egg yolk mixture )

4. Then add dry ingredients to it mix slowly

5.  Brush 1/2 tsp of melted butter on a 8 inch pan 

6.  Pour cake mixture into pan and place in steamer, cook at high flame

7.  After 15 minute cake will be ready

 Chocolate syrup

8.  In a small bowl add milk, butter and chocolate bar. Double boil it till chocolate melt nicely

9.  Pour this chocolate syrup along with condensed milk on cake
