Fried boiled egg
It's a simplest recipe that I know. It's a common streat snack item in vatakara area (Malabar region of Kerala, India). You can find out people preparing this one in road side trolly and it is a best selling item.
Ingredients
Egg : 6
Chilli powder : 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric power : ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste (optional) : 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves : 3 stalks
Oil for frying (shallow fry) : 2 tbsp
Preparation

Boil egg and remove shell

Make 5 or 6 vertical slits on egg. (don’t cut them fully)

Make a paste with all spice ingredient with water and add curry leaves
-
Coat this spices on boiled egg properly and make sure all slits covered properly (to help masala enter throgh slits)keep aside for half an hour

Heat oil in pan at low flame and shallow fry eggs in it
-
Turn sides to evenly fry all sides. Fry for 3-4 minute
