Spicy chicken pasta (Indian style)
Pasta is my all time favorite recipe. I love to make pasta in different ways by adding some veggies, eggs, and meats. This is one of my succeeded pasta recipe. This I prepared to suite Indian taste buds so I added more spices and veggies than normal pasta recipe.
Ingredients
Pasta (any shape) : 200 g
Chicken : 200g
Chilli powder : 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
Salt
Oil for frying
Chopped onion : 3 tbsp
Chopped tomato : 1 ½ tbsp
Chopped cabbage : 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilli : 2 tsp
Chopped garlic : 1 tsp
Chopped garlic : 1 tsp
Chilli powder : ½ tsp
Grated Cheese (optional) : ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation

Cook pasta as per the direction in packet (or cook in boiling water for 8 minute and drain. Adding of ¼ tsp of oil prevent pasta from sticking)

Cut chicken into small pieces marinate with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour

Heat a pan with oil and shallow fry chicken pieces (partially cook)

Fry onion in same oil for 3 minute then add the vegetables one by one and saute well

Add chilli powder and salt into it mix nicely

Add chicken pieces, saute well and keep for 2-3 minute

Add pasta into it mix well and add little water to cover all masala to pasta. keep for few more minute till water dried up and spices covered in pasta.

Once it dried add grated cheese and serve hot
